VEGETABLE ABC RECIPE

INGREDIENTS: 1 C. asparagus pieces 1 C. broccoli florets 1 C. carrots 1 C. spinach vegetable cooking spray 11 oz. cream of mushroom soup condensed, canned 2 Tbls. onions, finely chopped 1 tsp. thyme 1/2 C. water salt (to taste) pepper, fresh ground DIRECTIONS: Layer asparagus, broccoli, carrots, and spinach in a baking dish covered with vegetable cooking spray. Blend remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetable. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 40 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
