TURKEY SAUSAGE OR DEER SAUSAGE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. fresh ground turkey meat or 1 lb. ground deer meat
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. butter buds
1/2 tsp. red pepper or less
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together. Make small patties and fry in skillet with small amount of Pam. Serve with pancakes or eggs and grits.
