TURKEY MADEIRA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 pounds turkey breast tenders
2 oz. dried porcini mushrooms
3/4 C. chicken broth
3 Tbls. Madeira wine
1 Tbls. lemon juice
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Season turkey tenders with salt and pepper and place in the crock pot. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Thicken juices with cornstarch if desired, and serve with rice.
