TORTILLA RANCH STYLE RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 C. assorted vegetables, thinly shredded (carrots, celery, zucchini, green onions, spinach, sweet red peppers) 1 large flour tortilla 2 Tbls. reduced calorie ranch dressing 1 oz. Swiss cheese 1 oz. turkey sliced

DIRECTIONS:

Layer vegetables on tortilla.
Sprinkle dressing over vegetables.
Add Swiss cheese and turkey.
Roll up.
Eat cold or microwave briefly.
