TIMS VENISON MEATLOAF RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. ground venison (deer meat) 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage 1 egg 1/4 C. tomato sauce 3/4 C. dried bread crumbs 1/2 Tbsp. sage Little salt & pepper to taste 1/2 C. chopped onion 1/2 C. ketchup 1/2 C. brown sugar, packed Orange slices to garnish

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients except ketchup and brown sugar; blend thoroughly.
Shape into loaf.
Combine ketchup and brown sugar separate and spread on the meat loaf.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Garnish with orange slices.
Serves 4.
