INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 pound loaf 9 ounces water 1 1/2 Tbsp. applesauce (oil) 2 Tbsp. sugar 3/4 C. cornmeal 1/4 C. whole wheat flour 3 Tbsp. taco seasoning 2 C. bread flour 1 1/2 tsp. yeast DIRECTIONS: Place all ingredients into the pan, in the order listed. Select white bread, and press "Start". Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should be at room temperature.
