SYRUP CUPCAKES RECIPE

INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 C. sugar 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 1/4 C. maple syrup 1 C. boiling water with 2 tsp. soda 1 1/3 C. oil 3 eggs 2 3/4 C. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon DIRECTIONS: Mix first 6 ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add 1 C. boiling water with 2 tsp. soda added to it. Stir well, then add gradually 2 3/4 C. flour. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 40-45 minute. Bake in 2 round pans at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Bake as C. cakes at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
