SWISS STEAK RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 C. flour
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 large green pepper
1 large sliced onion
1 quart of tomatoes
Deer meat, tenderloin is great, but ham steaks will do
DIRECTIONS:
Mix. Roll deer in mixture; brown on both sides in oil in large skillet. Cut green pepper into slices. Add to deer. Add sliced onion. Pour tomatoes over all. Cover and cook 1 hour.
