SWEET POTATO CUPS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. 2 oz. can sweet potatoes, mashed
1/4 C. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
1 C. drained mandarin oranges
DIRECTIONS:
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, cinnamon, and marshmallow cream. Fold in orange sections. Line muffin pans with foil cups and fill with potato mixture. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 cups.
