SWEET MUSTARD FISH RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 lbs. fresh or frozen fish fillets 1/2 C. salsa 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing 2 Tbsp. honey 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard

DIRECTIONS:

Thaw fish, if frozen.
Cut fish into 6 portions; place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, in a 450 degree oven for 4 to 6 minutes per 1/2 inch thickness or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Drain off any liquid.
Meanwhile, stir together salsa, mayonnaise, honey, and mustard; spoon over drained fish.
Return to oven for 2 or 3 minutes or until sauce is heated through.
Put on dinner plates; spoon remaining sauce over fish.
Serves 6.
