SOUR CREAM ELK STEAK RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. elk steak
1/2 C. water
1/2 C. sour cream
1/2 C. grated cheddar cheese
1 sliced onion
DIRECTIONS:
Dip steak in flour and brown. Place in casserole dish. Slice onion on top. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over steak. Bake at 300 to 325 degrees for 1 hour.
