SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 C. butter or margarine
2 C. sugar
3 eggs, room temp.
1 C. sour cream or 1 C. low fat yogurt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 C. chopped pecans
4 Tbsp. cinnamon sugar (3 Tbsp. sugar, 1 Tbsp. cinnamon)
DIRECTIONS:
Cream butter and sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Fold in flour sifted with baking powder and salt. Place batter in 9" tube pan by thirds, sprinkling with 1/3 pecans and cinnamon sugar each time. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
