INGREDIENTS: 1 lb. ground beef or deer 1 pkg. gravy mix (2 C. homemade) 1 sm. onion 1 C. cooked carrots 1 C. cooked peas 3 C. whipped potatoes Butter to taste Salt and pepper DIRECTIONS: Brown meat and onions in heavy skillet. Season. Prepare gravy; add meat, carrots and peas; heat. Line 2 quart casserole with whipped potatoes. Spoon meat and gravy mixture to center, then top with remaining potatoes.
