SENF EIR (AUSTRIAN MUSTARD EGGS) RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. mustard mix
1 C. milk
6 eggs, soft boiled
DIRECTIONS:
In a sauce pan melt butter, then add flour. Mix well and brown this. Add mustard mix. Add milk and blend to a thick sauce. Peel eggs and put into the sauce. Serve over mashed potatoes.
