SCALLOPED CORN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 qt. canned corn
1 C. cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 C. milk
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Put corn and cracker crumbs in layers in a casserole dish. Keep a few cracker crumbs for top. Mix eggs, milk, and seasonings and pour over the corn. Add more milk until the corn is covered. Top with remaining cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until brown. (Chopped onion may be added. )
