QUICK SWEET AND SOUR MEAT LOAF RECIPE

INGREDIENTS: 1 lb. ground beef 1/3 C. chopped onion 2/3 C. bread crumbs 1 egg salt and pepper to taste 1 can tomato sauce 3 Tbsp. mustard 3 Tbsp. vinegar 3 Tbsp. brown sugar DIRECTIONS: Combine first 6 ingredients and half the tomato sauce in bowl; mixing well. Shape into loaf. Place in baking pan. Combine remaining tomato sauce, mustard, vinegar and brown sugar with 3/4 cup water in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Pour over meat loaf.
