QUICK CHOP SUEY RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. ground beef
1 C. celery
1 C. onion
2 C. water
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. molasses
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. sugar
salt to taste
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 Tbsp. water
1 can bean sprouts or chop suey vegetables
DIRECTIONS:
Brown beef, celery and onion. Add water, soy sauce and molasses. Simmer for 1/2 hour. Add butter, sugar and salt. Thicken with paste of cornstarch and 4 Tbsp. water. Add bean sprouts or chop suey vegetables, drained.
