PUMPKIN PECAN SPICE BREAD RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 pound loaf 1/2 Tbsp. yeast 3 C. bread flour 1/2 C. whole wheat flour 1/4 C. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter; room temperature 1 large eggs 1/2 C. milk 3/8 C. orange juice 1/2 C. canned pumpkin 1/2 C. pecan pieces

DIRECTIONS:

Process the ingredients according to the manufacturer's instructions for the basic bread setting.
Remove the bread from the bread pan to a rack to cool.
Wrap in aluminum foil or a paper bag to store.
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order.
Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock.
Select "white bread" and push Start.
In hot and humid weather, use 1/8 C.
less water.
