PRUNE SPICE CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 C. sugar 1 C. oil 3 eggs 1 C. buttermilk 2 C. flour 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. cinnamon 8 ounce jar baby strained prunes 1 C. chopped pecans 1 tsp. vanilla DIRECTIONS: Mix together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix sugar, oil, eggs and buttermilk. Add to dry ingredients and then add prunes, chopped pecans, and vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes in Bundt or angel food pan.
