POTATO TARRAGON BREAD RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 pound loaf: 1 C. water 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine 1 egg 3 C. bread flour 3/4 C. mashed potatoes mix dry 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves 2 1/2 tsp. yeast 2 pound loaf: 1 1/3 C. water 1/4 C. butter or margarine 2 eggs 4 C. bread flour 1 C. mashed potatoes mix, dry 1 Tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. dried tarragon leaves 1 1/4 tsp. yeast

DIRECTIONS:

Place all ingredients in order.
Select basic/white cycle.
Use medium or light crust color.
Do not use delay cycle.
Remove bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
Yeast amount is correct though proportionately less than called for in the 1 1/2 pound recipe.
