1 1/2 pound loaf 1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast 2 C. bread flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 C. cornmeal 1 Tbsp. sugar 1 Tbsp. olive oil 9 ounces warm water 1 pound loaf 1 tsp. active dry yeast 1 1/4 C. bread flour 1 tsp. salt 1 C. cornmeal 2 tsp. sugar 2 tsp. olive oil 6 ounces warm water

DIRECTIONS:

For Panasonic/National machines, use 2 tsp.

of yeast for the 1 1/2 pound loaf.
For DAK/Welbilt machines, use 2 additional Tbls.
of warm water for the 1 1/2 pound loaf.
