PORK TENDERLOIN WITH ORANGE LEMON GLAZE RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 pound tenderloin of pork salt and pepper to taste garlic powder orange/lemon glaze 1/2 C. orange juice 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/4 C. port wine 1/2 C. orange marmalade

DIRECTIONS:

Sprinkle tenderloin with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
Place the tenderloin in a shallow roasting pan and insert a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the meat.
Roast in a preheated 350 degree.
oven for about 30 minutes.
Now baste with Orange Lemon Glaze every 15 minutes until thermometer registers 170 degrees and roast is nicely glazed, for about 1/2 hour Glaze: Stir together all the ingredients and cook until heated through.
You may have to thin the glaze with a little orange juice.
