PORK TENDERLOIN WITH APPLES RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloins to 2 pounds 1 large Granny Smith apple or 2 small chopped 1/4 C. applesauce 1 bunch green onions with 3 inch of green tops sliced thinly 1 Tbls. brown sugar 1 Tbls. balsamic vinegar or cider vinegar

DIRECTIONS:

Trim excess fat from the pork and slice in 1 1/2 inch pieces.
Place pork slices in the crock pot with the remaining ingredients, mixing to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
