PORK SUBGUM RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 can sliced mushrooms 1 1/2 C. (3/4 inch) pieces cooked pork 4 medium stalks celery 1 Tbsp. butter 1 1/2 C. pork gravy 1 can bean sprouts, drained(16 ounce.) 2 to 3 C. chow mein noodles or hot cooked rice

DIRECTIONS:

Cook and stir mushrooms with liquid, pork and celery in butter until celery is tender, about 10 minutes.
Stir in gravy.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Stir in bean sprouts; heat through.
Serve over noodles.
