PORK EGG CASSEROLE RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 pound pork sausage (bulk) 9 eggs 3 C. milk 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 4 slices white bread, cubed in 1/4 inch squares 2 C. grated cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Brown sausage and crumble.
Drain well.
Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt, cheese Pour over bread in greased 9 x 13 pan Cover - let sit overnight Uncover bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours
