PORK AND RICE CASSEROLE RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 C. rice 2 C. water 1 package. pork chops 1/4 C. onion, chopped 1/4 C. celery, chopped salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

In 13 x 9-inch casserole dish pour in rice, water, salt, pepper, celery and onion.
Top with a few pats of margarine.
Place seasoned pork chops on top of rice.
Cover lightly with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Remove foil to brown pork chops during last few minutes of cooking time.
