PORK AND CASHEWS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 pounds lean pork cut narrow strips
1 Tbls. soy sauce
Cooking oil
5 garlic cloves to 6 chopped
1/4 C. brown sugar
1/2 pound roasted cashews
Hot cooked rice for serving
DIRECTIONS:
Coat strips of meat with soy sauce, let stand 10 minutes. Drizzle oil into crock pot set on high. Add garlic and meat remove meat from soy sauce. Top with brown sugar and cook on high 2 to 3 hours or low for 4 to 7 hours. Add cashews 1/2 hour before serving. Serve over hot cooked rice.
