PLUM GLAZED PORK ROAST RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 (17 ounce.) can whole red plums(pitted)
1/2 C. orange marmalade
1 Tbsp. chopped crystallized ginger
1/4 C. rice wine or dry sherry
1 clove garlic, minced
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 loin pork roast
DIRECTIONS:
Heat ingredients until thickened (about 10 minutes). In a 350 degrees oven cook roast 1 1/2 hours. Brush heavily with glaze every 10 minutes until done (about 40 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer registers 170 degrees).
