PICANTE FILLETS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 lbs. fish fillets
1 (1 lb., 8 oz.) jar mild or med.
picante sauce
2 Tbsp. Puritan brand canola oil
2 C. rice, cooked and hot
DIRECTIONS:
Rinse fillets and cut into serving size portions. Heat oil in skillet and sear fish on both sides. Add the picante sauce and simmer fish for 5 to 7 minutes. Serve over hot rice. Makes 6 servings. Munsie, Indiana
