PARMESAN CHICKEN WINGS OREGANATA RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 C. grated parmesan cheese (4 oz.) 2 Tbls. chopped parsley 2 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 tsp. dried basil 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper 1/2 C. butter; melted 1 lb. chicken wings; disjointed and tips removed.

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350.
In a paper bag, combine cheese, parsley, paprika, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Toss to mix.
Pour melted butter in a shallow bowl.
Dip chicken pieces into butter, then place in a paper bag and shake to coat.
Place chicken on foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
Serve hot.
