OVEN FRIED FILLETS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. haddock fillets
1 egg
1 Tbsp. water
Bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 C. melted butter or margarine
DIRECTIONS:
Beat egg with water and dip fish in this egg mixture. Roll in crumbs (on wax paper). Place fish in a shallow baking pan. Cover with melted butter or margarine. Bake in a 500 degree oven until brown and flaky, about 10 to 12 minutes.
