OPEN FACED TUNA TEMPTER RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked 1/3 C. mayonnaise Celery seed Onion powder Salt and pepper 4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted 4 thin slices tomato 4 slices American cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Combine tuna and mayonnaise; season with celery, onion, salt, and pepper.
Spread tuna on toast; top with tomato.
On paper plate, cook sandwiches at medium 2 - 2 1/2 minutes; top with cheese.
Cook at medium 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
