ONION GLAZED PORK CHOPS AND RICE CASSEROLE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 C. minute rice
1 can mushroom soup
4 ounce. can mushroom pieces and stems, undrained
1 1/2 C. milk
1 package. (3 ounce.) onion soup mix
6 pork chops
DIRECTIONS:
Combine rice, soup, mushroom pieces and stems and milk in a 9-inch square baking dish or 2-quart shallow casserole. Sprinkle 1 Tbls. onion soup over rice. Arrange pork chops over rice. Sprinkle remaining onion soup mix over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
