OLIVE AND MINT BREAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 C. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 C. bread flour
2 Tbsp. fresh mint or
1 tsp. dried mint
2 tsp. minced fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
1 1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 1/4 C. water
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. honey
4 tsp. active dry yeast
1/2 C. minced Spanish olives; drain
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients except olives according to your manufacturer instructions. Program for whole wheat mode. At the end of the mixing cycle, just prior to the kneading cycle, add olives.
