NIPPY CHEESE LOG RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 C. edam cheese, shredded
1/2 C. cottage cheese, well mashed
1/4 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 C. parmesan cheese
1/3 C. parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
pinch chili powder
2 drops hot pepper sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Combine edam, cottage, cheddar and parmesan cheeses, 1 Tbls. parsley, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder and hot pepper sauce in a mixing bowl. Mix well by hand or food processor, if available. Form into a log roll in remaining chopped parsley. Wrap and refrigerate for several hours. Remove from refrigerator 20 minutes before serving.
