MUSHROOM PEPPER SAUTE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 ounce triticale flour
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
6 ounce mushrooms; sliced
1 1/2 ounce green pepper; chopped
1 1/2 ounce scallions; chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a 4 x 8 baking dish with sesame oil. Mix triticale flour with basil, thyme, salt, soy sauce, and 2 ounces water. Sauté the vegetables, adding the triticale sauce, for 4 minutes. Transfer ingredients to a covered baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
