MUSHROOM MEATBALLS RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 C. water 1 lb. hamburger 1/2 C. bread crumbs 2 Tbls. minced onion 1 Tbls. minced parsley 1 egg 1/4 tsp. salt

DIRECTIONS:

Blend soup and water.
Measure out 1/2 cup of this mixture and combine with the rest of the ingredients.
Shape into meatballs and brown in a large skillet.
Pour remaining soup mixture over; cover and cook over low heat about 15 minutes.
Serve over rice.
