MULTI GRAIN AND SEED PUMPERNICKEL BREAD RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 C. boiling water 1/4 C. cracked wheat of bulgur 1/4 C. millet 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 C. stone ground whole-wheat flour 1 C. rolled oats 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 C. bread flour 2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds 2 Tbsp. honey 1 Tbsp. canola oil 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. active dry yeast

DIRECTIONS:

Combine the water, wheat and millet in the bread pan.
Let stand for 30 minutes until the mixture has cooled to lukewarm.
Add the remaining ingredients in order, ending with the dry yeast on top.
Program the machine to Wheat bread or basic bread.
Press Start or program the machine for delayed start.
