MIXED FRUIT SALAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 C. apples, chopped
1 C. bananas, sliced
8 oz. pineapple chunks, unsweetened, drained
1/2 C. raisins
1/2 C. celery, chopped
1/3 C. mayonnaise, reduced calorie
1 Tbls. lemon juice
16 lettuce leaves (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients, except lettuce leaves. Toss gently to coat, and chill 1 to 2 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
