MIXED FRUIT AMBROSIA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 can (1 lb. 4 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
2 bananas, cut into thin slices
1/2 C. flaked coconut
1/3 C. chopped dates
2 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 C. triple sec or orange juice
8 pound cake slices
Sour cream
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients except pound cake and sour cream until well mixed. Pour mixture in foil. Bring corners of foil to pyramid and seal. Grill over hot coals for 20 minutes. Serve over pound cake topped with sour cream.
