MINTED PEA BREAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 C. peas; fresh or frozen
2 tsp. yeast
3 C. bread flour
3 Tbsp. wheat bran
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/3 C. fresh mint leaves; chopped or 1 Tbsp. dried
7/8 czger
DIRECTIONS:
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start. In hot and humid weather, use 1/8 C. less water.
