MICROWAVE LONG GRAIN RICE RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 C. uncooked long grain rice 3 C. hot water 1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine or butter 1 1/2 tsp. salt

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole dish.
Cover.
Microwave at full power for 5 minutes.
Reduce power to 70%, uncovered for 15 minutes.
Fluff with fork.
Makes 6 servings.
