MICROWAVE HAMBURGER CASSEROLE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
16 oz. can cut green beans, drained
10 3/4 oz. can condensed tomato soup
mashed potatoes
shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS:
In a 1 1/2 qt. casserole, crumble beef and add onion. Cook on HIGH for 5 minutes, stirring 3 times. Drain off excess fat. Add salt and pepper. Stir in beans and soup and set aside while you prepare you potatoes. Cook casserole, covered, on MEDIIUM for 7-8 minutes or until boiling, stirring once. spoon potatoes in mounds (or spread evenly) atop the casserole. Cook, covered on HIGH for 2 1/2 minutes or until potatoes are hot through. Top potatoes with cheese. Cook, uncovered, on HIGH until cheese melts, about 30 seconds. (4-6 servings)
