MICROWAVE EASY RAISIN FUDGE RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 1/4 C. miniature marshmallows 1 C. sugar 1/2 C. Half and Half milk or evaporated milk 1/2 C. butter or margarine, cut up Dash salt 2 bars (4 oz. each) sweet baking chocolate, broken into pieces 1/2 C. chopped nuts (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Combine marshmallows, sugar, Half and Half milk, butter and salt in 3 quart casserole.
Mix well.
Microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes, or until marshmallows puff.
Stir until mixture is blended and most marshmallows are melted.
Add chocolate, nuts and vanilla.
Stir until chocolate melts.
Pour into buttered 9-inch square baking dish or buttered loaf dish.
Chill for at least 3 hours, or until set.
