MEATBALLS AND POTATO CASSEROLE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 bunch green onions
Garlic-herb seasoning to taste
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 egg
2 Tbls. evaporated milk
1 package cheese scalloped potatoes
1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
1 C. water
Seasoned salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Mix first 7 ingredients together well and form into meatballs around 1 inch in diameter. Place potatoes in the crock pot, then meatballs. Mix potato seasoning packet with soup and water, salt, and pepper, pour over meatballs and potato slices. Cover crock pot and cook on Low for 5 1/2 to 7 hours. Add thawed frozen vegetables for the last hour, if desired.
