MARINATED CHUCK STEAK RECIPE

  INGREDIENTS:

1 (1 to 1 1/2 inch thick) chuck steak, or roast is fine too (approximately 3 lbs.) 3/4 C. soy sauce 1/4 C. white vinegar 1/4 C. brown sugar 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp. salad oil 1 tsp. ground ginger

DIRECTIONS:

Mix marinade.
Marinate meat (covered) in the refrigerator at least 8 hours, turning occasionally.
Grill over coals, basting occasionally (being careful not to burn the meat) until desired doneness.
You may then use the marinade as a dipping sauce but be sure to heat it to boiling first.
