LOW CAL CHOCOLATE CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 C. flour
1/4 C. granulated fructose or other sugar replacement
1/2 C. unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 C. low fat milk (2%)
2/3 C. liquid shortening
2 eggs
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool.
