LIBS BLUEBERRY BREAKFAST CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 C. sugar
1/2 C. butter
2 eggs
1/2 C. milk
2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can blueberries
TOPPING:
1/2 C. sugar
1/4 C. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. softened butter
DIRECTIONS:
Cream together sugar, butter and eggs. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to batter with milk and blend. Spread 2/3 batter in 2 (9 x 9 inch) pans or 1 (9 x 13 inch) pan. Spread blueberries over batter, drop remaining batter by teaspoon over berries and spread (don't cover).
