ITALIAN PORK CHOPS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 (8 ounce.) can mushrooms, drained
1 C. chopped green pepper
1 onion, sliced
1 (16 ounce.) can tomatoes, drained
1 tsp. each oregano and salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic pepper
4 pork chops
DIRECTIONS:
Combine vegetables and seasonings in 3 quart casserole, mixing well. Arrange pork chops over top. Microwave, tightly covered, on Medium-High for 10 minutes; turn pork chops over. Microwave, covered, for 10 minutes or until tender. Let stand for 5 minutes.
