ITALIAN CRACKED WHEAT BREAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 pound loaf:; (1 pound loaf:)
2 1/4 tsp. active dry yeast; (1 1/2 tsp.)
2 1/2 C. bread flour; (1 2/3 C.)
3/4 C. cracked wheat; (1/2 C.)
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar; (1 tsp.)
1 1/2 tsp. salt; (1 tsp.)
1 Tbsp. olive oil; (2 tsp.)
1 1/4 C. water; (3/4 C. + 2 tsp.)
DIRECTIONS:
Bring bread ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start.
